I had this company come to my home to fix my dryer, he had to order a part, and within three days it was fixed, and the cost was very, very reasonable, I would highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service with unreasonable rates. I had them check out a refrigerator on a rent house and asked for an itemized receipt. I was sent an email asking for my card information with NO copy of a bill or receipt. I asked twice for a copy of the bill, so what I assumed was the owner called me. I attempted to explain why I needed an itimized copy and he became irate, assuming I was not going to pay him and just continued to talk over me. Never experienced such unprofessionalism.

Always does a great job and get things back to working as quickly as he possibly can. We will always call Ada Appliance!
