spend over $8000 to only have to call and call. took a year and still not right. will admit my husband misunderstood what i wanted fixed, floor was bubbled up on seam because it was on the edge of high spot in floor and i wanted fixed but mad a comment that if they could not have done it right they should have just framed it like the other one. so they cut it out and just left it like this. this is just a few of the pictures save your money and call someone else

She took time to explain pros and cons of the different types we looked at, and even let us use some samples in our home to see which looked best.
