Adams Carpet One Floor & Home

Just recently purchased flooring from Adams. Great experience from beginning to end. Started with my sales representative, Brad Smith. He spent time asking questions about what we like and do not like. He was able to narrow down to a handful of samples and brought them to our house. We were in a bit of a time crunch for installation and he was able to figure out a way to get the install done! Thanks Brad and thanks Adams Carpet One Floor & Home!

We used Adams Carpet One for two jobs at our business. Brad was able to find us exactly what we wanted in our budget and even meet a rush deadline for the first project. Both projects were quickly installed and exactly what we wanted. Carl and Will even came out multiple times to make sure we were completely satisfied with the second installation. We can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received!

Thanks to Brad Smith and Carl who made some repairs to my LVP flooring. The floor product is great, but no match for and electric wheelchair out of alignment. Several gouges made by the chair were fixed in a timely, efficient manner. Like it never even happened!

Doing business with Adams carpet one floor in Wilson,NC was a great decision from meeting and dealing with the salesman Brad. Super helpful without any rush or pressure to buy. He was very patient with us and stands behind the installation as well. We got an entire home done with lvp and carpet. Enjoyed working with him so much that we ended up doing all of the tile backsplash in the kitchen! I highly recommend doing business with this company and especially love, brad!

Benny did an amazing job with our installation and was so kind. He was respectful, friendly, and efficient while installing our linoleum. He is a gem and can't recommend enough!
