Adams Fences

Adams just installed an ornamental aluminum pool fence as well as some cedar screening for pool equipment. Kevin and crew completed the job 2 days exactly as laid out with minimal damage to the lawn. Very satisfied.

Adams customer service is not good at all. I let them have my lawn tractor for its annual maintenance and they had it for several weeks. Most of the summer. When I called they told me I was on a list to be serviced. Then they told me I was moving close to the top of the list. Then I finally went to the shop to see what was going on and i told them on a list. The guy tells me there is no list. Then he looks up my account and can't find me any where. I talked to the manager right away. She tells me there was some mix up but she would take care of it. Weeks went by and I went back to the shop. It seemed she didn't remember me at all. I demanded my tractor back immediately. I told them I hate to be lied to but for them not to do the work I expected to be done and told it would is too much. Sh

I'm a couple years late putting in this review. Mr. Adams and his crew were top notch and worked well with us multiple times (due to surveying error not an error by Mr. Adams, they installed the fence once then came, dug it out and put it in the proper place). Then we had a neighbor's tree fall on our fence and Mr. Adams promptly came out and fixed the fence (the neighbor paid for it). The fence has held up perfectly and we couldn't be happier with their work and if we have any fencing needs in the future Mr. Adams will be the first person we call.

Very disappointed with the quality and customer service at Adams. Thought I would be getting the best around but I was wrong. There were marks all over the vinyl fence, probably around 15 marks. I had a manager come over to look at it and I was told the marks were normal because there stored in a warehouse and none of the panels are perfect, and due to the rain that day they did not have time to clean it. For one if I’m going to pay close to two thousand dollars it better be perfect. I also spent an hour cleaning it when I got home and it did nothing because they were all deep in the panels, would not come out with cleaning. Had pencil marks on some of them, just pure laziness. I got a quote from Adam’s and Lowe’s for a vinyl fence with a walk in gate and a 10’ double wide gate thinking Adam’s would be much more expensive. To my surprise, they were only slightly higher in price, so I decided to go with them for a few reasons: (1) they are local, (2) I knew they’d be the installer, not a subcontractor I may never be able to find again should there be an issue down the road, and (3) I trusted the Adam’s brand. Let me just say this house’s projects are always a nightmare and my experiences with contractor’s are not always the easy peasey experience one wishes to experience when spending a ton of money and just wanting a job done right, with quality craftsmanship and in a reasonable amount of time.
