Adams has completed a number of inspections for me. They are very professional, timely, and detailed. Anytime I have had questions or need further clarification they are always willing to spend the time to answer those. Seth does a great job. Highly recommend their work.

Adams Home Inspections had me on the books in a matter of days. Seth conducted my inspection and explained why his findings were issues and showed me the location of all of the emergency shut offs which will come in handy when I move in. He even suggested things I could do to save on my electric bill monthly. He had my 76 page report completed the day of my inspection. I work in the insurance industry and was impressed with how thorough Seth was and how detailed the report was with such a quick turn around. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and will be suggesting them to anyone in the market for an inspection!

He will come into your home to do an inspection and will do a video of your home showing your personal belongings without your permission and will say things about your home that isn't true to make it look like he knows what he's talking about on his Tiktok page. Responding to your response: The things you mentioned in your video about our home were not in your inspection report, like saying our upstairs had moisture when it didn't. Also, you didn't go on the roof and only did a drone view of our roof and said that we had shingles being lifted from the wind and a shingle was missing. We had a roof company come out to replace the missing shingle and he said that the shingles were not being lifted from wind and we're just shingles
