Arkansas Air Heating & Air Conditioning

The owner, Keith, from Arkansas Air came within 30 minutes on Saturday in extreme cold. He diagnosed the heater problem and repaired it fast. The igniter was burned out.The bill was lower than most. I recommend their service. I'm very satisfied ☺️

Keith, Dylan and Austin at Arkansas Air did such a great job getting our heat repaired this week. Arkansas Air has taken care of us for the last nine years since we’ve been in our home. They are always willing to answer our questions and suggest different options available. There is great communication. Everyone is friendly, professional, and they do quality work.

Austin was quick to respond very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue within the hour. I know that’s not the norm but it sure made me Feel better it got fixed so quick

Our AC went out on a Sunday evening and they communicated with me via text to set up appointment to come out first thing Monday morning. Super fast. I held off on posting review to make sure cooking lasted but we’re still cool today ! Dylan did a great job explaining what he did and why it was necessary.

Top-notch! From coming to the house helping to answer questions and planning just what we needed , to a excellent job of installing . Easy to work with and unlike others They return phone calls as they say they will. Dylan was over the installation was easy to work with kept the place clean done everything in a timely fashion , very friendly and professional all at the same time. I had checked with several different businesses with disappointment one way or the other , but Keith at Arkansas air made it happen in a very timely matter. Highly recommend them.
