Best place by far for all your masonry or patio needs. All the guys are helpful. Did pleanty of projects with thier products and everyone came out great.

I have dealt with them for 40 years. Currently they have the worst customer service of any supplier I have dealt with in years. My last 5 times have been terrible. It is obvious they only care about large customers. Maybe that is wrong. Maybe they care about no one. The owners need to have a complete customer service overhaul. Maybe they just don’t Care. If it was my business I would be embarrassed.

They were able to get the brick I wanted at a good price but I had one pallet extra and they charge 50% restocking fee regardless if I deliver or they pick it up. Who does that? Ripoff!

I tried buying from them for the first time. It was not a good experience and I ended up going to another supplier. This company uses a check processing service that refused to "ensure" my business check. The amount was equal to 2% of the balance in my account. The representative from Adams Oldcastle instructed me to call the service to find out why. The representative of the check processing service business told me there was no reason given, just that they wouldn't ensure it. He said I could email an appeal to their corporate office. I contacted Adams Oldcastle again and suggested that just take it to the bank and cash it. The representative told me they don't do that. You can't drive to your bank and deposit the check?
