Excellent service!! Our well pump stopped working on Super Bowl weekend. I called and worked with Brody on some troubleshooting over the phone. He was able to set a new control box outside of his shop for me to pick up and try as part of the process. I replaced the box and got everything back working again. Just want to say thank you again for the excellent service. You will be my first call should I need anything in the future. Highly recommend these guys!!

Having found two cracks on the well casing collar of our more than 30-year-old well, we called Adam Well Drilling—the original well installer—to replace it. Ryan and Travis arrived on time, inspected the casing collar and the water tank in the basement, and decided to replace both the well cap and casing collar, even though the outside temperature was still at the freezing point. After that, they flushed the water tank, added air to the tank, and tested it to make sure everything worked correctly. They also demonstrated how to self-inspect the tank and add air if needed. Throughout the whole process, both of them were very approachable and knowledgeable, perfectly blending friendliness with professionalism. After having moved in to a new house and having had a new well put in, we were having issues with our water treatment tanks. The technician from Adams Water Treatment was over in a timely manner and not only fixed the leak in one of our units, but walked me through the additional systems our new house had and explained what they all did. Having previously lived on city water, I wasn't nearly as familiar with all of the different water treatment systems, and the tech from Adams was friendly, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. Andy came out Black Friday after our well pump failed with a house full of visiting relatives. He worked quickly to replace the pump and had our water back in a couple hours. Price was reasonable and responce was surprisingly fast given that it was a holiday. Thank you!

Lost water pressure in the house. Previous home owner had used Adams 30 years ago to install a new well and bladder. Ryan from Adams came over and fixed our issue in 30 minutes. Well pump and bladder from them 30 years ago are still working great and just happened to be a bad electrical switch on the bladder which was an easy fix and had the parts on hand. Ryan was really informative and gave me some good info on routine maintenance and what to expect in the future with our well system. Thanks Ryan, I'll be reaching out again when we're ready to replace the old system.
