DO NOT HIRE Adrian Home Improvement!! In the beginning, he says all the right things like, “I have a crew a guys I’ve worked with for years…” But none of the subcontractors that worked on our home had ever worked with Adrian before. In the middle of the project, subcontractors started reaching out to me directly for money because Adrian had never paid them! Soon after, Adrian just took our money and ran in the middle of the project. I got my town inspector to come over and take a look at what was done and he says half of it is OUT of CODE and will need to be REDONE… crooked windows, tilted walls, loose pieces of wood used for load-bearing framing (SEE VIDEO), etc. Adrian even structurally DAMAGED our home and performed UNLICENSED plumbing that's all wrong!! About a month ago I had hired Adrian to come install my counter for my bathroom and the floor and he did a spectacular job, I love it! He was speedy with the floors, and did a good job with the grout. I also asked Adrian to install a heated floor and he had no problem doing that. He also helped me install my counter and I feel like there’s nothing wrong, spacing was perfect, everything about the job was on point I highly recommend.

I had basement refinish job. I took estimates from multiple contractors but Adrian was lowest, so as a buyer/homeowner you are inclined to go with lowest/medium job price to save on money and I was promised the job will be completed in 7-10 days which was another plus point to go with Adrian Home Improvements because other contractors gave me 3-4 weeks timeframe. Work was framing, flooring, painting ( room , bath and a small living area). After 36 days, still didn't finish my basement. The people working for him are not experienced. He would tell his guys to do the work in morning and they would do something else by evening. He has 20 years experience according to him but I felt like he don't even have his basics also clear as a contractor. As an example I had 9X10 room (see in picture), I

This company did an amazing job painting my walls! They look great! Adrian was really considerate and responsible with his work! Im very satisfied with the results!

If you want to waste your time, money then hire this guy. He has no employee and his two sons helping him. He will never finish his work on time and he has long list of reasoning for not doing on time. I wouldn't rate his service. He is that bad. mantente alejado de este chico :( Gracias
