We were thrilled with the level of service from Adrian Mechanical. They were timely and professional, and we feel they went above and beyond to fit us in and replace our furnace. With our home being 124 years old, mechanics going wrong can be nerve racking, especially in the winter, but we have such piece of mind to have a new furnace that works so, so well, replaced so fast. Project Manager, Andy Carver did an amazing job at our clinic. We had all new HVAC units installed with new thermostats throughout our whole office. We were struggling with the new thermostats at first and in this heat/humidity it was a little rough. Andy came in and listened to what we needed and was able to get the building cooled down before he left and made the thermostats "a little more user friendly". Him and his crew were extremely professional, and I would highly recommend Adrian Mechanical Services Co. for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks Again for everything!

We've used Adrian Mechanical for plumbing and HVAC services for years. Their response times are great. They've always been professional and courteous, whether we're dealing with front office staff or technicians on site. When we've had maintenance or repair issues, the technicians have always taken the time to explain and show us what's not working and what needs to be done to fix problems and/or prevent future issues.

Freezer/Refrigerator repairs- industrial Adrian Mechanical has been servicing/maintaining/repairing our equipment for years and are also contracted for Maintenance on our HVAC and exhaust fan. They have always been Professional, timely, and efficient. It's comforting, knowing that when we have equipment failures, Adrian Mechanical will be there to get the job done, and our equipment back in service.

One very hot weekend the air conditioner at Hospice of Lenawee wasn't functioning correctly. Tom came out within a few minutes of my call despite it being a weekend and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem! He doesn't know how important his work was that day but the patients and families that were spending their last moments together were able to do so in comfort due to him fixing everything so quickly. He was also respectful and helpful to the nursing staff. On behalf of the patients, families, and the nurses there that day thank you for your expertise. Your work makes a huge difference!
