Darren was awesome! He answered my call, gave me a fair quote for a new fob, and communicated well when the job was finished. The price was more than fair. The service was very quick. The personal attention was exceptionally great.

DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER - THEY CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES TO MY SONS VEHICLE AND REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILY FOR THEIR COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!!!! My son stopped for lunch at McDonald’s and locked his vehicle, as he planned to eat inside and had cash in the truck intended for a Facebook Marketplace purchase. After his meal, he was unable to unlock the vehicle and contacted a locksmith service for assistance. He called Advance Auto Locksmith, and two separate individuals arrived to help. Over the course of several hours, they used various tools in an attempt to gain access to the vehicle but were unsuccessful. Despite their prolonged efforts, they failed to unlock the truck. My technician, Jose R., was phenomenal. I was connected to Advanced Auto Locksmith through AAA for a claim, and he worked diligently the entire time. When the initial rekey didn’t function properly, he actually left and came back to make it right — which says a lot about his professionalism and work ethic. The negative reviews complaining about wait times (especially when going through AAA) are entitled and disrespectful. Those delays are completely outside the technician’s control. Blaming the person who shows up and does the work is ignorant. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Locksmith and have had nothing but great experiences with them.

Absolutely amazing people and business. I was treated right away with respect and brought my own Parts, which were wrong and they made it work so that I had a working key fob as well as two working keys for the vehicle. after countless amounts of calls to other locksmiths in the Orlando area was able to reach them right away they said if you Bring everything down to their business that they would be able to help me with my AAA claim as well spent hopefully an hour there but having brought the wrong parts and having two other waiting customers I think that was well worth it gave me a significant discount because of my mistake, from their original estimate which was very fair. Great company, very helpful At getting complicated key fobs working. I have a newer Toyota and it only came with one key, they were able to get the key programmed no problem. Very nice people all around as well!
