This company is great! Their team was on time and finished the work faster and better than I could have imagined. They kept in contact with me and professional advice so that my repair would last. The front of my business was flooding and they installed and grate system and a sewer pump system. Also they have followed up with me after the rain to insure the work was done properly! Couldn’t ask for anything more, Great job and the price was reasonable.

Quick service & a fair price. Brian was very professional along side his crew. They carefully hand dug the dirt away to prevent any damage to my landscape & irrigation system. They gained access to my 2000 gal septic tank & fiter which they pumped and cleaned quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a bad experience with this company. They lack communication until they need to get paid. I made an appointment for a Monday at 1 and only found out it was cancelled because I called to confirm about an hour before the appointment. When the inspection was completed on Tuesday, I requested the inspection report to also make the payment. I called the office for hours on Wednesday trying to get in contact with ANYONE for an update with no answer. I only received communication when I told them I no longer needed the report. This was for a home I was in the process of buying, so deadlines are important. To make the complaint, I spoke with Trevor. All he cared about was getting the payment and offered no apology, just an ‘ok.’ Very disappointed in their customer service. No pictures were of

Advance Septic Solutions pump or tank and jetted our lines May, 2023. When this service was performed the operator stated that it was warrantied for 5 years. Fast forward to now, 1 yr. 8 months later and our septic system is backed up. We called last week and was told that someone would be out shortly. No one has come out to date, and no one answers the phone. Very disappointed! L. Johnson
