Quick and efficient. We found the problem with the washing machine in late afternoon. We called right then, and Dean was out first thing the next morning. Not only did he fix the problem, he checked all hose connections, and ran the wash cycle a couple times to make sure evrything was working as it should. We highly recommend this company. When I first spoke with Dean and told him about the noise coming from my dryer, he took the model number and he arrived prepared with the necessary parts and equipment to repair the rascal, and clean up every speck of debris. Now every time I start the dryer I am amazed at how quiet the machine is. Dean is a good guy, very efficient, extremely knowledgeable and generous with information. Highly recommend! Thank you Dean.

Chose this company based on the positive reviews and am happy to say that I agree with them all! Dean came out a month ago to give us an estimate. When I gave him a call to schedule the repair he came out the next day and fixed our Maytag dishwasher. I hope he will be able to fix our ice maker, too. If I need any other appliance repairs I will definitely contact them again and recommend to friends and family.

Dean was amazing. He was on time if. It a little bit early. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed talking to him while he worked. The whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I had a microwave that needed repair. I provided him the model number and both of the parts that he would need to bring for the repair. Easy right?! Nope! He showed up and after about ten minutes he said he wouldn’t be able to fix anything. This was surprising to me because he knew everything he would need ahead of time and came with nothing. Even more surprising to me was he expected to be paid for showing up unprepared and accomplishing nothing. After a brief chat he agreed he shouldn’t be paid and left. I have since contacted him multiple times for a diagnosis because he left nothing in writing and have not heard back.
