Eli and Billy arrived today and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time 👌 emptied the septic tank, which was a routine maintenance procedure. Everyone in the company was friendly, professional and informative. I subscribed to their plan where I pay a small amount monthly and in about 6 years, the next septic tank service will be paid for. Thank you!

I'd recommend Scout Septic, Grease & Drain to anyone in my area. My experience started with my office call. The receptionist was friendly, positive, answered my questions clearly, and she was able to set me up for service the next day. Billy and Eli showed up right on schedule. They were polite, effective, and time-efficient. They explained each stip of what they were doing, and provided tips to keep my system in good working order. Icing on the cake was Scout's more than reasonable price. I recommend that people first call Scout, for their septic needs.

Very easy process to book with Scout Septic, Grease & Drain. Eli, Billy and Ronnie arrived promptly, and showed me exactly what the repairs were going to be. Complete crooks. First off was told my appointment time changes from 930 to 1100 and then showed up at 1020. Upon uncovering where the cover is, a pcs of concrete 3x1 was covering it. The tech said he would have trouble with it. So we said to hold off for now. Then asked a few questions. Since only a 1/4 of what was to be done was getting done, what would the charge be. Was told by the tech "my knowledge is worth it. I shouldn't even be telling you all that I have". And was then told steel tanks only last 7 years. Yet this tank has been in the ground since 79. So either they have NO CLUE what they are talking about, or they are just trying to shake us down for a whole lot more money. Great experience from beginning to end. We needed paperwork completed for the City of Clackamas in order to add a toilet in our shop. Eli was extremely helpful in explaining every step required to complete the paperwork. He was clear, thorough, and easy to work with. It is always appreciated when someone takes the time to explain the process and make things straightforward. When the septic tank was drained, we discovered it was nearly full. It seems the previous owners had not serviced it before selling the house. We then needed the area dug up to locate the box required for the paperwork. Eli returned, this time with Billy, and once again both were excellent. They completed the work within an hour and clearly explained everything along the way. I will definitely use this company again
