We attempted to hire this company for a small commercial job and found them to be very unaccommodating and in fact, a little rude. They were unwilling to even attempt to work with us, so we terminated contracting after less than a week. Still, I wish we hadn't wasted time with this company, as we now have less time to address our need. Thankfully, there are several others out there that are much more professional.
