Advanced Chimney Sweep

Awful experience. Was told Horace would be here, but Steve Deibel arrived this morning along with his partner Drew instead for a simple chimney cleaning that was supposed to cost $225…That turned into a $150 inspection and an $8500 quote… We told the lady on the phone we have a steep roof and very tall chimney. They arrived unprepared and could not access the top of our chimney. This man spent more time on his phone talking to Horace for advice on how to do his job more than anything. All we wanted was for our chimney to be cleaned, and that never happened. A lot of sales pitches though. My husband had to help him with our “inspection” and these people didn’t even have the decency to clean up after themselves. Long story short, we arranged a chimney sweep, zero sweeping took place, $150 in

Super efficient team! The communication prior to my appointment was fantastic. I was notified that they may arrive earlier than our appointment time and they did! Gave me a text when they were about 20 minutes out. They performed an inspection and we had a conversation about that. The team got right to work and cleaned the fireplace and chimney. My fireplace hasn't been cleaned in 32 years. When they were finished cleaning they were happy with the results. If they're happy with the results I'm happy because I feel these guys are pros at what they do. After the team left I not only felt good about getting the chimney cleaned but I also feel a sense of providing a safer household for my family. Thank you team! Job well done! Excellent experience with Advanced Chimney Sweep and crew: Jason, Landon and Nate. They worked diligently all day & were considerate of our time & numerous questions. Each step was explained. The new chimney lining, cap & cleaned bricks look great.

Jason and his crew were fabulous. We have two very large wood burning fireplaces that get heavy use. They were exceptionally clean and thorough and did a complete inspection of both of our chimneys and flu systems. I highly recommend them and will definitely have them back to clean our chimneys on a routine basis from now on!
