Advanced Cleaning Systems

We hired Advanced Cleaning Systems to clean the carpets for when we moved out of our rental unit. Gary was very helpful from the point of scheduling and he remained flexible. Wonderful service, will use them again.

I hired ACS to clean the carpets in my entire house of 7-8 rooms/areas plus hallways and stairs. Gary and Sam were responsive, prompt, very professional and friendly. Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. I highly recommend them and will use again.

I have been having the father and son team come over to clean the carpet and such for a few years but then the pandemic hit and we adopted a puppy. We had some extra stains this time around and I did my best with the Bissell little green machine and the cleaners but the stains did not go away... As soon as the puppy was potty trained I told my husband I needed him to take a morning off so the carpet can be cleaned. The team did a great job as usual and even left us with shoe covers to help keep things clean while the carpet dries completely. If you had to do a lot of carpet cleaning because of a puppy, I definitely recommend hiring Advanced Cleaning Systems as soon as you have your puppy potty-trained!

Gary and the team at Advanced Cleaning Systems were wonderful. I was not in town during the quote and cleaning, however they were very up-front and honest about the amount of work involved with the cleaning. We needed some serious carpet cleaning, plus some floor tile/grout cleaning in the bathroom. Gary did a great job. The only problem we had was communication, which was due to my not updating my google/amy's list profile with current contact information. I'm very happy with the service and results and will definitely hire Gary again
