I got in contact with them to come out to give me an estimate to see what needed to be done to get my garage door back up and running as I wasn’t sure if it was a simple fix or if I needed a new door. They stopped out and left a booklet for the garage doors they sell in my package box. I never got a return call back as to what they found out so I moved on to find another company that would help me and follow through.
I called on Monday early morning. The guy said "oh yea we will get over there this week." Called Friday as I heard from no one. The dude said " Oh I don't have a ticket. " He looks around the office and said "Oh, here it is." The dude said well maybe next week she can get over there." "Ummm I haven't be able to use my garage for over a week." I said " I will call someone else." It just not used for a car it also contains things u need to use on a daily basis. Frustrating!
