The workers were awsome. My furnace went out and they were here very quickly. Between the guys that came originally and the ones that returned the next day with the ordered part they were all friendly and professional. Can I give 10 stars?

These guys are amazing, and they care. Had 2 gentlemen come out this morning. A day earlier then scheduled which worked out great. To work on my AC that stopped working. One they got it back up and running in no time. They even came back after I reported an issue again. Sadly I didn't get but one guys name. Mr. Carson, and the other gentlemen that was with him. Both were friendly and patient, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you both so much!

Our furnace stopped working early in the morning and we submitted a work request through home owner warranty. They were going to send another company that wouldn’t be able to fit us in until the next day. It is in the middle of winter and the high is 22f so we needed someone to come over as soon as possible. AHS were able to have Advanced Air Mechanical to come within the few hours of request. Shawn was our mechanic and he was very polite and thorough. He informed us that we are going to need a new furnace and it could take a few days per the home warranty mercy. So we would still be without heat until this is taken care of but I wanted to should out an appreciation for the prompt response and attention to our need to at least get something started rather than waiting around for another 24

Our ac has been out for TWO WEEKS.I only ever got a hold of someone once and they said it had to be 70 out for a tech to come look at it fine whatever. In that time its been warm enough every day and ive called and called and called not a single answer. 9am closed noon nothing 4pm closed. Seem to be closed an awful lot for someone who advertises 24hr service on THEIR WEBSITE.

5:40pm Saturday. 91 outside and our AC quits. Their techs come right out! We will NEVER go anywhere else. Incredible service (this isn’t the first time they’ve come after hours!). Fair pricing. Thanks guys!!!
