The service people are great and do good work, and the response is fast. However, the price charged for the job by Advanced Heating and Cooling seems high. We recently had a furnace fan motor replaced. It was a Mars 10467 motor with a •retail• price of $100-125 (checked on the internet). It took two hours for an on-premises install and service. The charge for this was $900 plus tax.

Of course the heat in our house stopped working on a weekend! Seen Advanced Heating and A/C vans all over Seabeck, so I called, and Sean reached out and showed up very promptly to discover a mouse that decided to die on the relay board! He cleaned that up, tested the whole system, changed our air filter and had our problem resolved in less then 30 minutes! Sean was so nice and knowledgeable! Thank you for getting our heat back up and running like a champ!

My technician Dominic Olson was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he found and was pleasant to talk with. I appreciate that he was friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable.
