Advanced Home Inspections

10/10 would recommend Joe to anyone needing home inspection services. We're moving to Michigan from California and he has assisted us with 2 home inspections in Branch County. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and very thorough with his inspections. He provides a report and photos from his inspection. He discusses his findings with you and answers any questions regarding the inspection. We grew to trust him after the first home inspection he did for us so we requested him for the second & if we ever move in the area again we will definitely be requesting his services again.

Joe goes above and beyond when inspecting homes! He is honest and personable. He even gives alittle history on why houses have certain features and from what time period they did that so he knows his history too and makes it a fun experience when buying a home. If you need a great inspector Joe is your guy!

Joe Ward got our home inspection done on short notice. He and Phil were very thorough. We sat in the crawl space and he showed us all that we needed to be aware of. They went on the roof, checked the electrical panel and outlets, ran the water to check for leaks and left nothing unchecked.
