Navigating the site was easy, able to filter and sort out things to get to what I wanted. The ability to use the site to message them a question and get a text back was really helpful, as was the staff that replied to me. Ordering and paying was no more complicated than doing it on Amazon. As soon as my recliner was delivered to them they called to set up my delivery, which was only a couple days out from the call. The delivery itself was great, the guys were super friendly, set it up exactly where I wanted it, plugged it in for me, and all I had to do was sit in it. The next time I can afford a nice piece of furniture I will definitely go back to the website or visit the store.

Great experience from start to finish. Sabrina was amazing at keeping us informed of the status of our special order and even arranged for a Saturday delivery. David H. (Our delivery guy) was super helpful, polite, efficient and even knew a little bit about high school football. lol. Going forward we will certainly shop local with Long Street Living and recommend them for all your interior design needs.

We were looking at the same chairs at another place but they were considerably less $$ at Longstreet! We were very excited about that! They called the very next day to schedule shipping. So far we are very happy about everything!
