After initially hiring another landscape company from Coldwater to do our landscape work, we ended up dealing with a multitude of issues from what they had done. We hired Perennial Landscape to come in and remedy things for us. It was clear from the beginning in talking with Sam (owner) that he had a wealth of knowledge to draw upon and complete our project in exactly the way we had envisioned. He and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. Not only was the work they did everything we had hoped for but it came in under budget! My only regret is not going with Perennial Landscape from the beginning. We highly recommend them for any landscape project.

Sam was awesome to work with. Completely redid front yard (still getting used to this term) lakeside on Clear lake. Came in with an amazing design to take a fairly unusable hillside lot and cut it back to put in a seawall patio with firepit and boulder retaining walls throughout the hill. Created an amazing landscape that we enjoy every day. Was very easy to work with and even handled a few in the moment changes that we asked for to help complete the project. I could not have enough good things to say about him and Eli - such a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt they will continue to develop amazing landscapes.

We are very pleased with the work done for us. An old, uneven stone and railroad tie stairway was removed and a stable BEAUTIFUL stone stair with patio & fire pit put in its place. Communication was excellent from start to finish. There were no suprises along the way and they came within estimated cost. The work area was kept as neat as possible along the way. The company is family owned and opperated and they stand by their work. They finished just over their estimated time, but it's Fall and weather is not always accommodating. We have no complaints and would hire them again. We highly recommend this company as they are honest, dependable, respectful, and deliver what they say they will. Could not be happier & are eager to share our new outdoor area with family & friends!
