Advanced Lawn Care & Maintenance

I hired these guys to fix a sprinkler system problem a few months ago. Which they did. However, after the current problem was fixed, we noticed other problems. It took numerous calls to actually talk to a person. Finally, an appointment was made. But they never showed up. After calling for a couple more weeks, they answered the phone and we come to find out that they shut down for a couple weeks to go on a fishing trip. They never called before to reschedule. Just left. Since then I’ve tried calling them to fix a timer box problem. They aren’t answering their phone again. It’s been over 2 weeks. I will not use them again. And won’t recommend them ever.

This company winterized our sprinkler system and when we started them up in the spring there was a huge problem with constant leaking. Numerous requests for service were ignored. When I finally spoke with the owner, he flatly refused to even try to assess the issue. I had another company for a service call and it was repaired. The problem was directly caused by Advanced Lawn Care not closing all the valves in the valve boxes during the winterization process. I requested a refund of my winterization fees which the owner agreed to send to me. That refund has never arrived. Do not use this company as it appears that they will not stand by their work and I believe they are not be trusted.

Great guys very professional. They installed our sprinkler system and did a fantastic job. Every spot in our lawn is green. ( which is hard to do; we have a very odd shaped yard) They where quick and kind. Richard and his guys are the only lawn care I will use!

Called to inquire about a weekly lawn maintenance job and was told they could do it. I was also told they would be up to look over the lawn and they never showed. When I finally got in touch with the owner he told me they did come up, which was a lie, and then gave a very high quote. When I questioned him about coming by the house he abruptly said he was passing on the job. Not the best sign when a company tries to establish a professional relationship based on a lie.

I called to get my sprinkler system fixed. I explained my problem to Richard and he told me how to fix it myself over the phone. He said if I had any troubles to FaceTime him and he would walk me through it. Great service and free! If I ever have any additional needs I'm 10/10 going to advanced lawn care!
