Jimmy is beyond words amazing! We couldn't say enough good about him! I reached out on a Friday night, he responded right away Saturday morning! Not only it being a weekend and he reached out, it's a holiday weekend! He was kind, compassionate and considerate enough to rearrange his Saturday schedule to come over and repair our dryer! I would highly recommend him! Jimmy and his quality of work are top notch! His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding! He's also very reasonably priced! Thanks Jimmy! After about three weeks and trying to fix my dishwasher myself, I finally called a professional. I left a message with a description of the problem and the steps I had taken to try to fix it myself. He called back promptly and walked me through a couple other possibilities and what do you know, fixed!! I can’t express my gratitude enough! And he saved me the cost of a new dishwasher. He was polite, respectful and so helpful! As a new homeowner, I will be using Jim for all future appliance repairs!

I had a great experience! Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer and scheduled the repair. He asked if I was happy with the rest of my appliances and repaired another small issue that I had with my stove and will look at my refrigerator when he returns with the dryer part. He’s very observant and efficient. Hire him! You won’t be disappointed!!
