Mike from Big Sky Chem-Dry did an amazing job on my townhouse! He arrived early, explained the process, took the measurements of the rooms and gave me a quote right away. I had a dog previously, so he took his time checking for spots, explained what he was looking for and how he would treat any spot he found. He was friendly, informative and did a did an exceptional job!! I highly recommend Mike and Big Sky Chem-Dry for any move-out of rentals, spring cleaning or any of your carpet cleaning needs, no job too big or too small! Thank you Mike! Mike with Chem Dry did a great job on the carpets in our new office building. Carpets were previously dingy and full of stains to the point I thought I would have to replace them. I called Mike and he prioritized getting the carpets cleaned. They legitimately look new again. Thank you Mike! You saved me from replacing the carpets and thousands of dollars. This is the fourth consecutive year we’ve had our carpets cleaned by Mike. He’s amazingly thorough, professional, polite. Any stains are gone. Dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours. We have 20 year old light oatmeal colored carpets. Look like new every time. We’d give 10 stars if we could! No smell to the process; no problems with the dog. Great job, Mike.. see you next year!
