Saurer's Pump Services

Our pump stopped working over Labor Day Weekend. Of course not have water brings everything to a grinding halt. :/ I saw Saurer's had all five star reviews and called. I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer right away. Jory came out the next day and we were pleased to find it it was a sensor that had to be replaced not the whole pump! He was courteous and fast--the five-star reviews are well deserved! Thank you!!

I will absolutely be using Jory in the future for all of my troubles. Old homes bring a lot of trouble so I know I will be needing him again. Yesterday our water stopped working. Not having water makes EVERYTHING ten times harder. Called business after business in missoula. All about a week long wait. Could not do the dishes, use the toilet, have a glass of water etc…. Called Joey up today and by noon he was at our house. He identified the problem and immediately got to work. I now have water! Super kind and clearly knows what he is doing. He’s my go to from now on.

Jory was awesome! I left messages with several companies, Jory returned my call less than 30 minutes later. My well pump was replaced and up and running a relatively short time later. Jory and his partner were both extremely competent and friendly. I would call them again without hesitation!

Jory and Hudson arrived within 24 hours of my call. I was hoping it was just a pressure switch, but my 48 year old well pump had given up the ghost. They efficiently withdrew the old pump and installed a new one. Very professional and pleasant. Top notch equipment, too.

After a sleepless night after my water pressure died last night and well pump not turning on, I called Jory first thing in the morning. He got right back to me within 15-20 minutes and came out mid-day. Promptly diagnosed a bad control circuit and pressure sensor and replaced the parts quickly and didn't break the bank. I was back up with water by 1pm. Thank you Jory! I appreciate the prompt and courteous service.
