Josh showed up, gave me a thorough analysis of my roof with a great game plan to get it fixed. After we agreed on a solution, he and his team were quick to arrive and went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure I was satisfied. He presented me with a written quote itemizing what his crew would be doing. Once I approved it, he got the job scheduled and completed within the week.
