Hughes Floor Covering

We just had about 1,000 sq. ft. of new carpet installed this past week. Sales Tim made our purchase so easy and fully explained all the positives on the carpeting we chose. Additionally, the installers were EXCELLENT, quick to move the furniture and install. They were in and out within 5 hours and even swept out our garage as they had to use it due to rain outside. We fully recommend Hughes! Perfect pricing, much less than I was expecting for quality carpeting.

Stellar service here. Rodney and Cecilia are the best to work with, so friendly and patient. We did black movie room carpet and regular white carpet throughout upstairs and hardwoods downstairs, they look awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend Hughes. You are going to pay a little more but the quality of the product and customer service is well worth it. I will only shop here for flooring and recommend them to everyone!

Please do not give Hughes your business. When we purchased our floor we were very clear that we had dogs and needed something durable. The salesman, Tim, came to our house and saw our existing floor and the space the new floor would be in, including said dogs. The attached photos are two of the 9 damaged areas. (Our current floors are 15 years old and still in great condition, btw. No “dog damage” anywhere.) We tried for 6 months to resolve this issue and they would not replace the damaged floors without additional cost to us—specifically almost twice what we paid to initially install it. The manufacturer was actually really helpful when we spoke to them and offered advice for moving forward, though Hughes would not respond to our request. The installation crews were very professional & did an excellant job from start to finish. All work was completed on budget & ahead of schedule. Thanks to everyone at Hughes Flooring our floors have never looked this good.

I think you should go to Hughes and not look any further if you are looking for flooring. We shopped flooring at 4 different places and found Hughes to be the best. We had good customer service at the other locations, but Hughes was a step above. The pricing was unbelievable and very competitive. They came to the house very quickly to measure and we had an offer the next day. They beat other stores pricing that had the same flooring and Tim never asked what we had been quoted by others. We just signed on the deal and they are coming in less than a week to install!! I will update with photos once the installation is complete. I recommend Tim as he is extremely friendly, funny, and honest.
