Jeff at Best rate unclogged my bathroom sink and replaced some pipes. They responded to complete the job the day after my request. Jeff did a good job and explained everything he did to me. The fee was a little higher than I was hoping but not unreasonable. Everything is costly these days. I would use Best Rate again.
