I had a very poor experience with Advanced (Water Damage Restoration) in San Jose. The work was repeatedly delayed, communication was inconsistent, and the project stalled for extended periods without valid explanations. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no meaningful progress or accountability. What should have been a straightforward restoration turned into a prolonged and stressful situation. I was forced to spend significant time chasing updates and commitments that were not honored. Ultimately, the lack of responsiveness and failure to complete the work left me with no choice. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers should be cautious and ensure all timelines, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly documented before engaging their services.

Thieves! This company has no accountability and integrity whatsoever. My friends’ apartment was being worked in for water leaks/damage while they were out and to their horror, jewelry including their wedding rings was stolen. Company keeps on dilly-dallying.

This company was hired to perform water damage restoration in my friend’s apartment while they were out of town. During the period their crew had access to the unit, high-value personal items, including wedding rings and other valuables, which went missing. These items were present before the work began and were discovered missing immediately upon their return. We reported this to the company right away. At first, they acknowledged the complaint and said they would look into it, but after that, they stopped responding entirely despite multiple follow-ups. When a company is trusted with access to someone’s home, especially in their absence, professionalism and accountability are critical. Robbers!!! Our wedding rings, gold chain, and cash were stolen during the restoration process. HR stopped responding completely. Zero accountability and unprofessional handling of personal belongings. Do not trust this company.

Stole from our apartment. We were out of town and we came home to find out our wedding rings were stolen along with other valuables. When confronted they all said they didn’t speak English. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Hard to reach. Would not recommend.
