After realizing our septic tank was backing up and needed to be pumped immediately, I found Advanced Septic Services very late in the evening. I explained our situation and understanding the urgency, Taylor was more than willing to come over after finishing the job he was currently on. Not only did he and his crew come over after dark, but they got everything squared away super fast and we were back up and running in no time. Taylor and his crew were kind, professional, educated, and explained everything they did. I absolutely recommend using Taylor and Advanced Septic Services in Senoia. You will not be disappointed!

We called and this company came out the weekend before Christmas, 2023. Their response time was great, which we really appreciated. They pumped our septic tank. Within two months, our toilets wouldn’t flush and upon looking our septic tank was completely full again. I called a different company out who pumped our tank a second time in two months. Upon further examination, it became apparent that Advanced Septic Services never checked the secondary portion of our septic tank, including our filter. We know this for a fact, as the second company had to dig in our back yard to access the second riser and this was not done the first time. Very grateful for Taylor! He came out at night during a rainstorm to help fix our septic problem, and was back the next day to pump the tank for us. So quick and efficient, had a great experience with his company. Would recommend to anyone!
