Aimee is absolutely AMAZING. She came to diagnose and repair my new Whirlpool stove, she is great with communication, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough, her tips on how to use my appliance correctly were beyond helpful and she even figured out that the burner controls were out on incorrectly since it was delivered! I had an initial service call for my dishwasher on July 2 and was told it needed 2 parts to fix it. I agreed, paid for the parts and repair, and was told to call the office on July 9 to schedule the repair. The parts did not come in until mid August, and then I waited another week for an appointment. At that appointment, I was told there is a third part needed that they needed to collect on. I had agreed to only two, and this third part put me over the cost of a new dishwasher. The technician spent nearly 3 hours trying to install the parts, only to tell me it now needs something else. I asked for a refund of all parts and the company has been completely unresponsive. Paid for repairs and have been without a dishwasher for 2 months now. My entire experience with Advantage Appliance Repair has been fantastic! First off, I got an appointment within a few days, night and day from other companies estimating a two week wait just for diagnostics! Within an hour of booking I received a confirmation email that included not only my techs name, but also a picture! That absolutely gave me a sense of security knowing who to expect to show up at my home. Aimee not only fought multiple road blocks and detours to get to my home, she kept a positive attitude through the whole ordeal! In my home she was friendly, fast, very knowledgeable and helpful! I was able to get the problem part replaced immediately and during the diagnostic process she explained everything to me as well as offered advice for future care of my dishwasher. I would

I wish there was a Zero star. A very rude technician showed, did not bother to hear any of what we said and wrote a report back to Whirlpool stating we hit the stove that caused the chip. The chip is so small and nothing was dropped by accident on the appliance for it to chip. If we did drop anything it would have cracked and it would not be a 0.5 cm chip at one corner of appliance. Very dissatisfied, called Whirlpool and expressed our frustration and they are sending a different company.

Ryan was my technician and he is definitely one of a kind. He called 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my appointment. Both times. That is 10 stars for me right off the bat. Very nice very respectful. He even put booties on when he came in my house. Very thoughtful. Ryan arrived on and worked very hard on both my washer and dryer, explained to me thoroughly, what was going on with both the washer and the dryer. The parts were ordered the same day, and Ryan was back by Friday to finish fixing my washer and dryer…. Customer service, 100%, The skill factor 100%, hands-down, 100% thoroughly satisfied
