Highly professional. The entire crew was very diligent and hard working. All my items were very carefully packed and moved. Thank you Ivan, Craven and Aneudys. I was moved to a temporary unit due to a flooded senior apartment. Mass Bay handled the move both ways. Both crews( to and from) - were great. Thank you!!

The workers have been fabulously efficient and effective in their work, readily meeting my wishes, cooperative, helpful, and generous. There were LOTS of heavy boxes to be lifted and they even shoveled through deep snow, using a less convenient access, but less soiling one. This and their vacuuming cleanup showed how committed to their work they are. I appreciate so much their presence in this project, very highly recommending them. A+ result. Hire them; don’t let someone else get to them first!!!

Alejandro, Manuel, Victor and Miguel were phenomenal ! They were outstanding, efficient and customer focused. Gustavo, Mauricio,, and Francisco were very professional, fast, and fantastic. So glad I had them help me move last-minute. They packed everything quickly and unloaded it in the proper rooms. So thankful.

Dan was super helpful when he took the house inventory info by phone. Nexon and his team were awesome, very accommodating. They wrapped my belongings really well for the trip and PUT FELT FEET ON EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE as it entered my new house to protect the new wood floors (I was prepared to spend hours doing this myself)… amazing!!
