After having six service calls with another company, my wife and I were exasperated. Our gas burner kept shutting off, and the other company kept charging us for repairs that didn't solve the problem. Rick was at our house for 9 hours doing diagnostics, calling the manufacturer, and then determining the course of action. He helped us work with our insurance company when it was determined the root cause was a power surge that damaged our gas boiler. Rick replaced it in record time.
