Absolutely worst plow job in the history of plowing, took two days to “plow” an apartment building parking lot. Left a huge mess, and when they returned on the second day, after the storm, they barely opened up the entrances, then left. With well over two and a half feet of snow, the plow driver spent a total of 25 minutes on the property, over the course of two days. Didn’t shovel any of the access or entrances to the rear apartments, they waited for the tenants to shovel out so they didn’t have to clean those areas, and they did the exact same thing the last storm me had, earlier this season. Never seen such a poor execution of snow removal. A complete joke.

We have used a variety of local landscape companies over the last 15 years for Fall clean ups; we have many oak trees on our property. Today, Staples did an incredibly efficient and thorough job! It is pristine. We have not had a comparable experience with any other landscaping company. Great work, attitude and outcome at a fair price. Call them for any yard and landscaping service you may need.

This is my second year working with Staple Landscape for my fall cleaning and I’d definitely hire them again! The whole process from quote to completion was great and very easy. Communication was clear and when rescheduling issues came up, they were very accommodating. The crew arrived early and did great job. It was also incredibly quick! They took care of all the leaves and left my yard looking amazing. I had a couple of minor concerns with some small branches left on the mulch beds (they were very respectful to not blow the mulch away!) and there were a few mud splashes on the fence (it had recently rained). I contacted the Staple Landscapes team to share my observations and they acted so quickly to address them. Their field manager came to my property to clean the small branches himsel

Do not hire if you have kids or pets. I hate to submit these reviews but I feel like it’s critically important. I’ve been a customer of staple landscapes for many years doing everything from leaf pickups and yard cleanings to lawn care. I have had several occasions where technicians applying fertilizers to the property would over spray or straight up apply fertilizer in the kids playground area (haphazard application) or applying over a few obvious dog toys left on the grass. Here in this picture was right after the application when fertilizer was applied to my lawn, on top of the only two dog toys on the property. This latest case happened after I had the owner to my house whom convinced me that organic was safer and that they would instruct the tech to remove any dog toys from the law

Staples Landscapes provided all of my lawn and landscaping services over the past year, including shrub trimming, mulch installation, overgrowth removal,weekly mowing, and fall cleanup. Any time I had a question I received a prompt, courteous reply, jobs have been scheduled rapidly, and all work has been exceptional. Staples even compiled a list of area contractors for customers to consider when planning future home improvement products! I look forward to hiring Staples Landscapes for next year’s landscaping and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking landscaping service.
