the shower doors in my house were installed by this company! One of it has broken and now for something as simple as just changing the glass door! I have a whole month trying to get these people to sell me or install a new door for me, they have bullied me from one side to another the first week and now they don't answer the phone, nor do they return calls! super unprofessional, I do not recommend this company at all, because if you need a repair or replacement from them they will not respond or solve anything even if you are paying for the service ! Please don't respond to this review asking me to call you because that’s a lie ! you never answer the phone!

Upon building and closing our brand new home last year and in 2022, the builder installed the wrong type of shower glass, and this company immediately came in and got it done right. Thank you Mark for your attention to detail and your attention to this matter in general, the two gentlemen that installed the door were professional and very sweet. I didn’t remember their names however, one of the guys was training and one guy was very tall and thin with blonde hair. Thank you so much.

This company was hired by Landsea to do the shower glass, mirrors, and closet shelving inserts in our new house. They held up closing on our house over 3 weeks due to improperly measuring for the shower glass. This resulted in having to reorder the glass a second time. Keep in mind this was a common floor plan that had been built in the community multiple times in conjunction with our house. I had to personally get involved since progress wasn't being made and the communication was poor. We ended up closing on the house without the master shower glass installed, they had to come out the following week to finish. They were also late on the mirrors and closet shelving, with the mirrors being installed the morning we were at closing.

Company used as a subcontract for landsea. They have now come out four times and I still don't have shower glass over 5 months later because they keep cutting the glass wrong. On one time they installed but cut so poorly used over an inch of silicone underneath a pane of glass because they had measured improperly and it is still off at least an inch up top. And another inch plus of silicone on the side. Disappointed to say the least. We have to be home during this complete comedy of errors. Wasting our time and theirs. Edit- they did come through and fix the issue and resolved it satisfactorily.

Company contracted for shower door installation in a new construction home. Adhesive material failed within 5 years of install. While I understand out of warranty, company asking $250 min to even come out to look at why failure occurred. I would think there would be more interest in finding out why failure occurred prematurely.
