Home inspected 04 JAN 2019 Closed on the house 27 FEB 2019 Ryan was exactly what I was looking for in a home inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding all the services he provides. I am in a technical field of work and I have a very high attention to detail, so it was hard finding someone I could trust to inspect the house for my first home purchase. I am so thankful that Ryan had the patience to answer every question I had during our very thorough home inspection walkthrough. He surprised me with things he pointed out that I wouldn’t have thought to look at. We spent over four hours looking over the house, septic, roof and everything else. He remained committed to assisting me after the inspection by answering every call or text I sent him with more questions prior to closing. O

He will let you know everything & I mean everything, from minor to major issues, what’s important now to correct & what can wait. Ryan was very thorough with the inspection. Took plenty of pictures and explained everything that needed attention or fixed immediately. He was on time, very respectful and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Ryan for a home inspection before buying.
