R&R is great to work with and Jim is fantastic. After purchasing our home we noticed the radon fan was not working. Jim answered my call late in the evening to discuss over the phone that it was in fact the fan that was bad. The next day he replaced it. Then after noticing a loss in suction, Jim came back to look over the system and fix the pipe work that was installed by a different contractor. Honest man and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Jim and R&R Radon Reduction. I submitted a quote request form on a Sunday evening, fully expecting a few days to go by before I herd anything back. Not only did I get a quote within an hour, but Jim called me that night to answer some questions that I had. His customer service was stellar and he didn't try to upsell me. My radon levels were not over the 4 pCi/L that EPA generally recommends for mitigation, but they were close. Jim explained the system and the benefits, and I decided to go ahead and get it installed. The price on the quote was more affordable than the three other companies that quoted the job. R&R came out the next Friday and completed the job in a few hours. Jim came out and helped repair my system that was installed by the previous owner. He also installed a flow meter. He even answered my phone call at night when I was having some issues and walked me through it. A+ service, I would highly recommend.
