I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! Thank you very much Rich!!

I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Latch was broken and stuck in the strike plate on kitchen-to-garage door. Called and was told he'd be here in half an hour. He was, and he had the old lock out and replaced it in minutes. Rich is a super guy who provides quick and courteous service at a very reasonable price, and I recommend him highly!

He's a super nice guy and he made me a copy from a broken motorcycle key for less than the walmart key machine. He even offered a full refund if the key didn't work, but it did. 5 star service I highly recommend him 👌
