Aeon Heating & Air Conditioning

Love how fast you guys are. I had an issue with my furnace. The Tech came out within the hour. Much appreciated. Furnace has been amazing since I bought it. Simple error that was fixed.

We had a new boiler installed over the course of last week. The technician did a great job and strived to get our heat turned back on as soon as he could.

We woke up this morning to the worst thing ever, no heat!! I called Aeon at 8, had a pleasant chat with the guy who answered. There was someone here by 8:20 who was pleasant and professional. He had everything resolved by like 8:50! I’m so relieved and would recommend Aeon to everyone!!!

I am so pleased with the service I recently received in connection with repairs to my furnace. The technician was courteous and did everything possible to have my furnace fixed as soon as possible. I will call Aeon in the future for any heating problems I may have!

Done dealing with this company. The employees who come to work are professional and courteous, but the owner is excessively greedy. He consistently overcharges, even for minor repairs & parts, resulting in prices that are typically 50-60% higher than they should be. Moving my account to another local company based in Potsdam.
