We came for their monthly veterinary clinic to get shots for our new kitten. We had pre-registered online and the instructions online were that you did not go into the line you simply would come in for your assigned time. When we got there, we were told to get in line and it was confusing. When we asked the employee in that area if we had to wait in the line, had we pre-registered he said we were next however other customers kept going in to see the vet. I went over and asked someone in customer service if I was mistaken about pre-registered customers- she replied if I hadn’t received a text message, I’d have to wait in line so it was confusing. Organized store with a wide selection of farm mechanicals and livestock feeds and of course the trademark baby chicks. Easy to peruse the aisles.

I have always enjoyed the Potsdam,, NY Tractor Supply Store and always will. I have noticed how messy and unorganized the clothing area is over the last two weeks and also in many isle areas throughout the store there are items just blocking the walk areas. What a change, as this is not like this store. I hope that there can be improvement soon.

Very helpful staff. Great variety of supplies. After weeks of asking, 1 store finally ordered duck feed as a trial, which quickly sold out. Hope the other stores get a clue. Pointed out the lids for 30 gal galvanized cans do not fit & have not seen more cans reordered. Website does not always reflect items in stock - suggest calling individual stores. Would have been 5 stars if they could coordinate supplies & update website.

Good selection, poor service. I waited for fifteen minutes and stated we wanted Guinea hens, but their staff seemed preoccupied and never returned. Not a single staff member asked if I needed help with 100lbs of goods and kids in tow. Most tractor supplies I'm at are vastly more attentive and helpful. Staff here looked miserable.
