Worst customer service ever, shut off electric trying to transfer from my wife to my name in a house we own… have my deposit, say they can see it but just need to verify I’m the homeowner, yet refuse to put me in contact with someone to verify. Instead they will tell you oh yes someone will call 30-60 mins but never do, call back and same routine…. This is a joke, i have kids and it will be cold tonight
Can't get the electric company to call me back. Have call them number of times.
