We have been customers of Aerex for 25+ years and have been consistently pleased. They are quick to respond to every inquiry and very easy to work with. The technicians who come to the house are thorough, professional, neat and friendly. Great company!!

Chris is very thorough. He went through the whole house, explaining his analysis of presence of mice, their “highways” in my house, where they likely access the house, and other things that make me a more aware home owner. He put generous strategic amounts of “ bait trackers” to assure my problems are completely addressed. He also educated me on how best to seal off access points to the house. A willing and Clear communicator. If Chris is an example of all Aerex service professionals, they do fantastic training.

The technician Mark that came out did a great job. He was swift, professional, and exuded excellent customer service. I do feel as though some of the ladies in the office were a little short with me when I called in. But nevertheless, the overall service was good. I definitely, appreciate the fact that the service that I received comes with another visit in 6 months, which is a great benefit for the price that I paid.

I called a few places and liked what aerex had to say. They said they could take care of the issue by spraying when the other two wanted to bomb the house. We have pets so didn’t want to bomb and liked everything aerex had to say. They will do treatments every 6 months with a 30 day guarantee after the first spray. 5 days in and no more roaches. They were less expensive than everyone else and really were great to work with. Jackie was great explaining their service and identifying the source of our issue. We were seeing a roach every morning by our dishwasher and she explained that was common especially with Amazon deliveries and the fact one of our kids lives in a large apartment building and had brought presents for Xmas.
