Alan Appliance Repair

I got a same day appointment and Mike the tech showed up exactly when he said he would, providing updates along the way. He was professional and efficient! I had a freezer frost/leak issue and he knew immediately what the problem was. He quickly got to work and had me up and running in no time. He also reminded me that if in the next 60 days the problem returns, he will come back out at no cost. I just love a reliable and honest service. Oh, and he even quickly got my ice maker working again which wasn’t even on the service request! :) Pay for quality! It is worth it.

First time calling this company and we were so impressed. Great customer service from the beginning of the call. The person answering the phone was friendly and answered all my questions. We were shocked that we called at 2pm on Saturday and the repairman arrived an hour later. He was awesome, very polite, and very knowledgeable. Strangely it turned out our dryer started working correctly as soon as he turned it on and off. We understand it could be an intermittent problem beginning but we are so glad to have found this company and will call Alan Appliance again. Great people. One thing we would like to recommend to the company is that they text the name of the technician because the repairman had nothing identifying him as an employee of the company. So grateful and fortunate to found this company. Mike the technician did an amazing job. He came on time and have all the parts ready to fix our Stove and Fridge. He was very knowledgeable on all the appliances, he explain what’s wrong with it and what it’s need to be replaced and done.
