Connor and Irving did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater. After multiple delays with another company, working with Phoenix was a breath of fresh air. They were super quick, extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly, work was done efficiently, and then installation was done right the first time. We couldn't be happier with experience and would highly recommend them.

Dyane did an excellent job installing my new furnace. He was so kind and explained things right from the beginning. Angel too was so helpful helping set up my thermostat. Both were awesome technicians!! I could not have been more please. They also cleaned up everything and it is so great to have my home warm now!

Phoenix HVAC is genuinely one of the best companies out there. It doesn't matter the type of system or issue you are having, they are the guys for the job. I manage a Industrial manufacturing plant with 69 hvac units, over 1,600T of cooling. If we can't figure out what's going on, I know I can always call Tony with Phoenix and they will have it immediately rectified. Don't waste your money on other companies.

Phoenix was great in my time of need! Furnace went out and it was below zero outside. They sent someone ASAP and the technician was fabulous. He took care of everything timely and as very courteous. They also honored my annual service price that had expired which I was extremely grateful for.
