I ordered two new septic tank risers direct from Aero-Stream. Almost as soon as I'd completed the order, I received the shipment notice, so shipping was blisteringly fast (and free). The risers were in good condition as packaged, and installation was easy. The products are high quality and work well, but seem very expensive for what they are (but no more so than other competing brands). All in all, highly recommended!

High quality product at a fair price. Try to buy direct from dealer. Lots of good information and sales on line. Save some $$$ plus free shipping. Everything I needed arrived OK via UPS in 4 days. Installation was easy. Took me 2.5 hours for one man. Just make sure you have plenty of room dug out for the riser. Hardest part of job is digging out the tank lid. Next time I pump out the hardest part will be paying the septic pumper!

Had my septic tank pumped due to being backed up. Found my tank, dug up the 2 openings and had it pumped. Was told if I installed risers I wouldn't need to dig up the the openings again. I looked up the risers and found them on Aero-Steams website. I ordered 2 for the depth I needed. They arrived very fast. Instrucions were simple and only took me about 15 minutes each to install. Took longer to put the dirt around the risers than to install. I didnt take before pictures but you can find them on the internet. I've included the after pictures. Now, I only have to remove 4 screws on each riser and the tank can be pumped easily without ever having to dig up anything in the future.

Recently purchased this house and had a sewage slowdown - thought it was the drain field but upon digging up and opening the tank we found that it has a filter in the effluent line that needs to be cleaned periodically. Since digging up the tank and opening the lid every time is too much trouble I looked for and found these risers. No more probing and digging - just undo 4 screws and you are done! Less than 1 minute to have both open. These risers are well built, nicely packaged and easy to install. Everything is included for the installation. I would recommend them to anyone with a septic tank. The only negative that I found is that the safety grate is a pain to twist lock. Other than that small issue it is an excellent product.

After researching products from several manufacturers, we selected Aero-Stream for our septic risers. Two risers shipped on time. Product instructions were fairly easy to follow. Product is robust, strong, just what is needed.
