I had a great experience working with Dave Droegkamp Heating. Collin generously provided a free service call to inspect my furnace humidifier and took the time to troubleshoot the issue with their service manager, Greg. They followed up promptly with a clear explanation of the possible problems and solutions. A few days later, Ben, their service tech, came out for further diagnosis. He was attentive, listened to our concerns, and did an excellent job identifying and resolving the issue. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, communication, and overall service provided by their team. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Don’t know if my initial review went through. Nevertheless, Droegkamp in Pewaukee is the best company I’ve ever used for furnace repair. Adam was my service rep. He arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem for a reasonable amount. I had quotes that were over $16,000 to replace. My furnace did not need replacement but rather repair and Adam is knowledgeable . Droegkamp is top on my list now!! Thank you Adam !

Casey Aagerup the technician did a great job of finding the issue quickly and was a speedy fix. I realize not all issues can be addressed this quickly but I can see the knowledge on display and the confidence they have in their great trained employees. Well done! I will look to add their Annual Maintenance on the Furnace and A/C as it’s reasonably priced and provides preventative measures to ensure less costly future visits!

My furnace went out on Thanksgiving, and Mr. Droegkamp personally talked me through getting it started in order to help me avoid a holiday service call. The technician then came the next day and serviced the furnace. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. This company is the best!

My son and I both had our furnaces cleaned and inspected by Dave Droegkamp Heating, Cooling & Air Quality. We also wanted to have our humidifiers replaced. I was very impressed with how our technician went out of his way to explain everything he was doing. We were having a problem with uneven heating across floors and he identified the problem and gave us options regarding the correction. I was so impressed with them I signed up for their comfort care service.
