I needed a replacement belt for our Bissell vacuum and called here. The owner was very responsive, told me to come by and he would see if he could match it. He spent time going through his stock and found a match. Then he would not take any money for the belt or his time! WOW! Talk about customer service. He said they are under new management and it’s obvious with his friendly demeanor that they will be successful. Highly recommended!

Brought my vacuum in for repair. Was told that the motor was dead and would cost hundreds to fix and he tried to sell me a Electrolux insted. He kept moving my dyson around telling me it was junk. I was very upset because I was not there to buy a new machine I just needed mine fixed. I also did not feel respected as he kept insulting the vacuum. I researched my choice fully when i purchased it. He started to waste my time on his sales pitch so I decided it was time to leave. I then called another vacuum repair store who told me that the motors very rarely die and that probably is not what is wrong. He said even if it was the motor it would only cost $75 to fix. Very upset that the Electrolux salesman was going to take advantage of me. BEWARE this is NOT a repair shop it is purely sales. I

I have two electrolux cannister vacs with power nozzle. The latest staff at Aerus revitalized both machines to like new performance. They pull pet hair, grit and dust out of every room. Ive had rainbow vacs, kirby, eureka, bissel and dirt devils and orecks. The electrolux keep going like that battery bunny. I highly recommend this store for new and restore work.

since this branch has been under new management, i've noticed a huge improvement! super polite and honest employees! i had a very great customer service experience and would definitely recommend Aerus Electrolux to a friend or family member! 10/10

I dont think his buisness deserves 1star..he is a crook!!! Long story...Take pics of your property b4 drop off , i should have,,My brother went to pick up my vacume for me,he sent back some old vacume that was not mine!!... he pulled a switch..0 stars!!!
