DO NOT buy appliances from this location. We went in last Sunday to buy a new dishwasher to replace an existing one in our home. It was a slow Sunday afternoon. We browsed a little. No sales associate approached us, so we had to ask around. The associates there pointed us to one. Apparently, we must have been an inconvience for her “busy afternoon.” Note my sarcasm. She was sitting at her desk. We weren’t warmly greeted and it seemed as if we were bothering her. This was an immediate turn-off. I simply told her we were looking for a dishwasher and chose one ourselves. I brought her to look at our choice. I asked her if the stainless version came in a black option. She said “it did not.” I actually had to point out that it did. So I was educating her about the products she was selling. Anyw

Stopped by yesterday to grab a bag of sand. Walked into the store, loaded it into my cart, and walked straight to checkout. I had my purse in the front of the cart where the “baby seat” is. As I was scanning the sand bag at the foot of the cart, the employee (young man with curly hair) asked “is that all?” I said “yup, just the sand”. He proceeded to pick up my purse and then look inside it to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything. I worked in retail for 10 years and would never dream of touching a customers personal belongings. Completely unacceptable behavior, I will definitely not be coming back to this location!!!!

Went in there today needed a piece of paneling cut. Asked Isiah an employee and immediately he helped us even though he was new at the job he called another employee Collin to assist with the cut and asked questions and hopefully it was a great learning experience for him ! Just wanted to say thank you for outstanding customer service ! Ps: went to Lowes and got zero help

6th time I’ve had to pull my guys off a job because of the inability to match a collie even with rhe correct codes . 32 hours and 3 guys worth of money wasted because neither you or somerset can correctly match a color . In what world is this ok . I also rented a machine from somerset and told people on phone at main headquarters to come pick it up because there is no way to get it back on trailer once it is off . Ramps? Or explanation. How is this in any way okay . Do you think I’m rich enough to come in every day and get more and more paints from you as well as pay my guys to repaint amd repaint . This is unbelievable. . Absolutely unbelievable. Why I didn’t go to Sheraton Williams I will never know.. I’m what world is any of this okay!?

Hot AC units are cheap like VISSANI 5000 BTU BEWARE 2 out of 10 1 for installation and the other for appearance (0) for overall performance they were worried about noise so they slowed down the fan speed junk 2025 don't bother purchasing. Even with the fan slowed down to the speed the way they have it the motor rocks back and forth when it's on high it's annoying. Got to keep it on low and it barely moves any air on any speed
